I worked at UNMH. The number of beds taken up by illegals is huge. These are all beds that legal NM citizens need and could use if they weren't occupied by illegals. I even saw kidney transplants go to illegals.

You need to get permission first. Even with verbal permission my brother once had them take a dead head from him when he met the G&F officer to try and get a receipt. I don't waste my time and theirs on the small dead heads, I just hang them in a tree and keep on going.
