How do you define a big deer? Is it maturity or antler size? wide or score?

Im up on unit 62 bear huntin. I also jave a Turkey tag in my pocket and aways loved the taste of grouse. Has andone seen either one this week? All the wayer holes i know had no sigh of either bird. Any suggestions would b3 greatly appreciated

Any spend time in those unit see any bears. I drew the tag but also manage to pick up a left overy 61 bear tag so spent my time there (and struggled) so think I'll be spending the next weekend or to in 21 and 30. Seeing if anyone was seeing anything

How did the scouting go? Any luck been thinking on what unit to put in for next year, and seen this unit has decent draw odds

I normally hunt Co 2nd or 3rd season. I'll pass young deer waiting for a mature deer for the first 7 days. After that though I will with out issue shoot a young deer for the freezer because that is why I'm out there is the meat.

I have aways been a 3rd season guy my self. I see more positives in 4 extra days over the hunting pressure. Plus tags are normally easily drawn
