The antelope on Camp Navajo are slammers! Don't worry about not scouting because they only allow you to scout the 2 weeks prior to hunts anyways. The biggest issue w hunting camp Navajo is the closures throughout the base...hopefully you don't have to deal w too much of that, but I wouldn't hold...

Rockymtn personally I think the archery hunt is a better hunt to kill a big boy on than the early rifle tag unless there is big time early snow... The reduction in tags sucks for our draw odds, but it's about time they cut the amount of tags including cutting tons of the doe tags!! 100 late tags...

Pretty stoked my dad and I both have 4th season tags in our pockets now!!! It was a lil scary when we got kicked out a few times, but we ultimately got lucky and love the idea of the re issued tags! With re issue in 016, draw in 017 and re issue in 018 three years of hunting deer is pretty bad...

I haven't hunted it for a few years now, but scored the biggest buck of my life last time I was up there for it! I've noticed over the years that once they strip their velvet towards the end of the hunt they get harder to hunt. That being said, and said previously in this thread later is nicer...

Sucks for draw odds...as a non red I always put in for deer but haven't put in for elk and moose because expensive up front fees...I probably will now. I guess they will see it as a good thing because I will start buying the pref points... Sucks for draw odds, I wish AZ still charged fees up...

This is as bad of a winter as I remember, I put in, but would consider otherwise if I had several years and thousands of dollars into trying to draw that elusive primo tag like lots of you guys/gals... If we don't score some much needed moisture we are gonna burn and the Bulls are gonna be broken...

The tag increase in 7w is frustrating...I'm all for junior hunts but they should have pulled all those tags from General hunts and 550 bull tags is gonna be a total $hit show
