In my visits to Montana, I have seen plenty of small bucks harvested. It is about self control, and few have it when it comes to mule deer. Please provide data showing antler restrictions do not work.

I think eliminating the 900-20 elk archery tag is a good idea. The tag currently covers many HD's. A few that are far over objective will be combined and moved into a general tag area. Reading thru the proposed changes that are open for public comment. Seems they are eliminating some hunting districts and combining with others for some species. I did notice it is proposed to open more of the state up to general tags for elk, both bow and rifle.

Suggestion to add a Nebraska sub forum in state section. Some big mule deer and elk are harvested here. Would be nice to see, thanks.

New member here, myself and brother have 4 points for this springs draw, we are putting in for the 900-20 tag you mentioned, will let you know if we draw......on a side not, do you know any ranches that would allow a trespass fee in one of the HD's that the tag is used in? Thanks.
