Anyone ever hunt northwest of Midas area in the snowstorm mountain area? Going to take the kid with me this weekend to get out of town. Can't get to serious since she's young, more just to outside with my kid. Bring ing the rifle just and cooler just in case. Ya never know what you might see.

Clarification question. Its says in the manual that D3-5 tags are valid during archery and general season. Does that mean we can hunt with rifle during the archery season as well as the general season? It only shows this next to this zone.

Does it hurt your chances to put in for a depredation tag along with your regular choices for a bull? If you draw a depredation tag does that go against your 7 year wait if you haven't drawn a bull tag yet?

Is there any downfall/ drawback to putting in for all the elk tags?
