How does the secondary draw work? Youths, then adults. When your number comes up, your 4 choices are evaluated for tags available?

Makes me nervous seeing a dead rattler with the head still on. Summing is better than multiplying.

Tags are awarded by random drawing, which is run within 10 business days of the deadline to apply. The drawing should be done by today. Results tomorrow or Monday?
