It doesn't look like the price increase had any noticeable effect on the nonresident elk draw and the split of applicants between the Special/Regular price. Think the nonresident deer and antelope application numbers or split between prices will be affected? I'm guessing not.

Just making sure. You can legally harvest a antlerless elk during your general buck muzzleloader hunt with your muzzleloader when both tags are the same area, even though the antlerless elk hunt has different season dates?

Just got off the phone with NMGFD. Sounds like if you guessed right and picked 106 or 109 in your choices, there is hope for a nonresident or guided ram tag. Anything else and you are SOL. FYI, you can't change your choices now.
