Best friend drew same ram tag I had 2 years ago!!!

My hunting partner and I each have 12 points. I've already got some big hunts planned for '24 so we'll have 13 each in '25. I'm at least willing to discuss options. We can out-hike a mule and have some relatively solid intel as well.

My buddy got a reissue 61 3rd season buck this year. Found very few deer and killed a smallish buck. Said he'd have been extremely disappointed if the tag cost him any points.

24 days. Had 423 miles on my watch that season. Killed a bull on day 22 and my buddy killed on day 24. Not my best bull but the one I'm most proud of.

Best elk hunting I've ever seen. Passed a handful of good bulls waiting for the one and hit a great bull in the shoulder late in the hunt. Hunt was short due to having a CO sheep tag for about the same dates. Blessed to have had the chance and will never forget the hunt.

I need to apologize for some fake news. In my excitement I pulled up last year's email of my draws. It's actually Central Mountain Nebo I drew. Still excited but not quite San Juan ?. Congrats to those that drew so far!

$1000 hit UT bucks permit. I can't even remember what I put in for but usually swing for the fences in UT. Already have a sheep tag here in CO. I'm stunned

It would be difficult to blow that tag. Special place for sure. If you hunt hard you will have a shot at a good bull. Good luck!

Yessir! I know. If it's any consolation, I've been in for 14 years myself. Makes a bunch of deer points seem irrelevant for sure.
