this is the first year Montana has a program where u can buy bonus pts after the draw. Intially you would have to apply for the tag and add preference point (50$) to the total if you weren't drawn. I would go through the site or call Montana FWP for more info

Looking to hit up some coyotes this weekend or next. Was curious if its better to try and hold low near water or get deeper where theres more cover? never hunted western yotes, any tips or areas that may offer a decent opportunity are appreciated.

pretty sure north slope Alaska went to 1 caribou for Non-residents. double check for sure but I think Canada would be the better option.

I have the Vrotex razor HD 85mm and absolutely love it. I agree that you buy what you feel you need and can successfully hunt with. I run an older pair of leupold acadia 10x42 binos(200$) and love them as well. sometimes its not about the name brand or amount you spent on them

I run the ONx maps system and can see all the guzzlers, my preference would be the Arizona border as to the hopes of a buck from the strip making the mistake of leaving there and coming to Nevada :)

healthy number of sheep live throughout the unit but mainly in the Pilot Mountains. Telephone Canyon and the Volcano Peak area are good places to start

how close is that are to vegas? I wouldn't mind helping you out on a weekend trip here and there.
