I have no idea if it is possible or not but can you take say a european mount and at a later time if you have the cape turn that into a full mount? Or is that not possible?

I walk out my door every day, look up Mountain and want to get in the SUV or on the ATV and go up and start scouting. Knowing that I probably can't get on top yet. It is going to be one very very very very long summer.

Does anyone know what the Laws are? I know once should be ethical, not flying low enough to spook animals, not doing it at any time during hunts to mess up someone else's hunt but are there laws about when you can and cant do it?
