I guess what I was getting at was if you applied on the 19th of Feb.with a valid licence and it expired on the 25th then you would not have a valid license at the time of the actual drawing at the end of April. The way I read it is you just need to have a license at the time of the application...

Are you sure you would not need to have the license at the time of the drawing also and not just at the time of application. I just don't want to mess up.

I have an archery tag for 10 this year and considering what you guys have been seeing do you think it is still realistic to see plenty of bulls in the 340"-350" class with weak back ends.What is the size of most of the top end bulls on drought years.Good Luck this fall.
