So I’m looking for some advice on a couple of antelope hunts. My wife drew the Snake Valley rifle hunt and I drew the South West desert muzzyloader hunt. our scouting will only consist of getting to her hunt 2-3 days early. Then to my unit when she’s done. So any pointers would be appreciated.

I own a Cabelas Hawkin and a CVA Acura. I never got the Hawkin to shoot well but only tried 3 different bullets. The Accura is a tack driver but not legal in Idaho. At this point I'm thinking of getting the Traditions Vortex (Strikefire) LDR. Anyone with experience with this rifle? Pros/Cons?

Don't know much about this but want to. What's the best company to go through? I currently have an IPhone 7 and Vortex HD 65mm scope.
