I’m the leader of our group to apply for our Deer tags. I know I need to have user name and password to get the tags. Everyone in the group does not need to have one do they??

I just got my Wy Whitetail back from the 2019 hunt. My buddy from work did the Pedistal for me as a retirement gift. I just got the Black Ash wood and Stained it.

If 4 of us apply as a group for NR deer and one guy wants to put in for Antelope is it possible us 4 will not get our deer tags but the one guy gets his Antelope tag?? This year we did not get our deer tags. The one guy would not want to go by himself on a Antelope hunt. Any input?

Region C in the past has been 100% draw for NR. Last year was between 65 to 70%. Does the Special price tag guarantee you a tag? Or wouldn't you bother? If we do not get a tag we lose our spot on the ranch we hunt. Any help appreciated!!
