Thought the same is anyone from SFW, MDF or DWR were a COI as well, but I guess not per what the officers stated to you. Seems if I was affiliated with a lottery and I won said lottery would be a COI in my eyes.

Suppose you entered PCH and someone affiliated with them won. I think anyone from the DWR, SFW or MDF that is in the high rankings of those groups are exempt from winning, yet there have been several of those that have drawn tags from those affiliations.

A couple missing form that list is Jordan Nilssen (2nd tag) and Dennis Forchic (3rd tag).

These are what I have pulled from when they posted the results each year. I just copied the application results and pasted in a spreadsheet.

I have the complete list as well with exception to 2008. I have only been able to find about 10 names. Would you be able/willing to send me your list of 2008 winners?

I have been keeping track of all winners sine 2007. No real pattern, but interesting to see multiple winners and and affiliations of some to SFW, DWR, influencers and other hunting groups.

Moat tags are anywhere between 2000-5000 applications. Some of the more premium tags have upwards of 7000-12000.

Each year on any of the given tags, the chance of drawing has dropped. I couldn't find any where where it increased. To give perspective, you can see that since 2007 when the expo started, the number of applicants has increased by almost 4x. Also, if you look at the tags given in 221 versus...

Since 2016 there has only been about a 5%-10% increase each year in applications. This last year with the no validate in person rule it had a 38% jump from last year.

Since 2007, Utah residents have drawn between 75%-90% (10%-25% NR's) of the tags, and with no validation directly at the expo it would make sense that the percentage of non-residents drawing this year would be higher. I would expect next year we would see about 75%-85% if Utah residents draw...
