Anyone been down in this area recently? I plan on doing some scouting once these temps drop below the triple digits. Any input from people that have had this tag previously would be great. Season is from Sept 25-Oct 24.

Drew my lope tag for units 41 & 42,curious if anyone on here has had this tag in the past. Any input would be greatly appreciated for the fact I work a graveyard shift 5-7 days a week and this is a GIGANTIC AREA.

Been hunting 31 since the opener, by far my worst season yet as far as elk seen and bulls called in. I had one spike come in to about seven yards last weekend. Hopefully I won't regret not taking him on closing weekend. Hopefully this cooler weather coming in kicks the bulls into full swing...

Anyone been seeing any good rutting/migrating goin on? Headed up Friday to try and stick a mature buck. Already ate my archery elk tag, sure would be nice to put a bit of meat in the freezer.
