Bad ass pic. I have the pic of that 210 somewhere. And Ya id hunt that unit every year if I could. Dont get me wrong. Its solid. I like a few other units in my home state a schoche better. And nothing ticks me off more then when they increase tags in our handfull of trophy units

I know of a 210 killed there 2 years ago in November. I think with a bow. Tank buck. So hell ya. Theres always a chance. I like that tag cause i love to hunt later in the year. Its fun regardless.

Yes exactly resident. And IMO that resident group has been hammerrd. They increased tags last 3 years by 100% for some reason.

That hunt is not what it used to be. But a 160 is doable. Some years good early snowstorm will set them migrating early in late Nov. Then sometimes dry years they wont migrate till Jan. So thats a hit or miss deal. The other challenge is in the heavy snow years absolutely can need a sled. We...

Well 36 was not so spectacular. On and off calls. One day they were noisy the next they were silent. IDK. Bulls were definitely noncomittal. Had only 1 bull come all the way in (besides raggys) it was a 5x4 with no 3rd and he was younger. So i let him live. I really wanted meat this year but...

Ya same here. Very frustrating. Cannot get a bull down. Had one opportunity on 4x4 and some rag hornz. Otherwise nada. Tried to take down a heard bull today. That was a joke. 30 sets of eyes. A very happy bull obviously. Not coming to calls. 2 dayz left!!

Success rates do suck. And the otc units are not easy or trophy units. But otc is otc. Rare thing anymore

They can both produce giants....but so can 53, 55, 54, 61, 21, 44, 444, 551, 68, or pretty much any Colorado unit. Splitting hairs. That being said The last 4 years November has been dry and warmer. Making any of the units next to imposible. Big bucks been holing up in the pines.
