Hello, I'm looking for some advice on which tag to keep. I'm a NR and purchased a sawtooth B rifle tag. Additionally, I drew as a 2nd choice the new 36a2 Muzzleloader tag that is for any elk November 1-14. I'm trying to decide do I keep the sawtooth rifle tag or go with the muzzleloader...

When I look at my group application in the portal it says 0 individual bonus points for myself and the other person I applied with. He had 9 points and I had 10. Wondering if they were not entered correctly!

I will be hunting deer in 89 southwest of casper this coming fall and will be coming from Oregon. Wondering if anyone has any information on the walk in areas they would be willing to share. I see there are a few that are very large, but don't seem to have the mountain ranges like rattlesnake...

Didn't draw my bull tag, but did draw my reduced price non-resident cow tag for 100-7. Curious if anybody has info on the subunit...the boundry is Limited quota; Cow or calf elk valid in that portion of Area 100 east of U.S. Highway 191, south of Sweetwater County Road 15 and Sweetwater County...

Looking into the November 5a elk hunt. Curious if there is any towns near the unit where one could stay during the hunt? I don't have all the camping stuff, so I would prefer a hotel if available. Thanks - Brian

Elk hunted in the hoback on two separate weeks this past fall and never saw a buck. Did see 4 does tho! Brian

I went to 54 3rd season in November. I never did see a nice buck.....

I hunted 3rd season deer in 54. Only saw three small bucks and a handful of does. Pretty tuff deer hunt in my opionion. Brian

I can vouch for everything Zim said! I was elk hunting the same general area and it was flat out tough. I hiked a ton of miles and in six days saw four moose, three does and a few elk. Awesome country....tough to find animals! Brian
