If they are not doing the random based on numbers and doing keywords instead, that seems very odd. Is that why multiple same last names where drawn? They where closet to one of the random keywords? Like draw the closest name to keyword "but" = equals 4 butlers being drawn?

I would do the sheep. Sheep risk - You don't get one, fall off a cliff, etc. Elephant risk - You're shot doesn't drop him and he charges you. Your tracker saves you by shooting the elephant. You go home knowing you paid $70K for your tracker to shoot and kill the elephant. :)

It seems they went the right direction with cougar permits and now the wrong direction with shed antler permits. Definitely hurts the casual shed hunter.

I average one day a year dedicated to shed hunting. I can't imagine not being able to pick up a shed if I come across one. If I have to buy a permit, I'll feel obligated to spend more time shed hunting to get my money's worth. What a joke!
