really depends on the unit. Some of the northern are easier to draw but the big ones in southeastern unit have dismal odds in both draws.

Utah does by issuing one tag in most limited entry deer draws. Utah is not a Mecca for out of state hunters. They make Nevada seem out of control with their deer tag numbers.
