Where can I find information on current and past tag numbers for Once in a lifetime hunts in Utah?

When and where can one find out how many tags get allocated to a once in a lifetime unit? I can find 2013 information, but not 2014 so I can compare the trends of the last 5-7 years. This is for Utah OIL tags.
