I have a hunt booked for Dall sheep and mtn caribou in the NWT for this August and it doesn’t sound good. Outfitters are trying to work around it by showing plans to get us in and out with little to no contact with the locals but we called the health department and they said 0% chance there...

nothing wrong with putting that down as your first choice hoping to get lucky in the 1/2 pass...however if you put something down as your second choice that you will draw in the bonus pass (1st draw) you will never have the chance at the unit 9 random tag. you can make your app as complicated...
