I'm thinking about heading back to attempt to fill my tag on a cow in one of the general units. I'm pretty familiar with where the elk are in September but November/December not so much. Anyone want to give me some tips or pointers on where to start?

I've been in contact with both the NDOW and USFS and neither can give me a straight answer as to whether or not hunting is allowed on this area. Does anyone here have any solid info?
