Not at all.....I am all for whatever Wyoming chooses to do within their state. Just that WY going to 90/10 is not the same as the other 90/10 states is all.

Every Wyoming resident can hunt elk, deer, and arguably antelope every year. No other state that has a 90/10 quota even remotely offers such access. Not a bad thing, just hard to compare to other 90/10 states.

Those postcards still come in the mail for the "hunts" that are too good to be true. just tossed one last week.

90/10 in Wyoming cannot be compared to 90/10 in other states.

IMO, to name a few, the continuation of the landowner tags, the outfitter set aside draw as well as seening to never reduce tag numbers. Seems simple enough to simply cut tags rather than remove scopes. But that would reduce revenue that i assume is still down since the reduction in NR by 6%.

NMG&F could not manage a lemonade stand is as simple as I can put it.

No problem just not the same. The vast majority of 90/10 states do not have general biggame tags.....so it is draw or do not hunt.

84% goes to Residents....6% straight NR...10% outfitted where the majority are NR.

Having gone 0-42 so far in this year's draw.........cashed in my 5 desert sheep ewe points. Heading to Vegas for a ewe!

I personally do not care what each individual state does as it relates to NR quotas, however comparing Wyoming with the other 90/10 states is not apples to apples. None of the others allow residents to hunt elk and deer each and every year in some of the best units in the state. In addition, NM...

As a NR I had to go guided. Unimak is as u know in the middle of nowhere and desolate. The bears are huge, I would have had to bring along a friend to help even if I was unguided. Hell of a hunt and Rod knows the island as he has hunted it for decades.
