    Mule Deer Proposal

In what way was the selling of lifetime licenses a scam? The DWR were the ones who came up with it. They were available starting 1984 and only sold 1,300 of them between then and 1993. I never knew they were even an option until there were a bunch of articles written that they were going to...

    Mule Deer Proposal

So as a lifetime license permit holder you are fine with not getting a bonus point if you don’t draw the way everyone else would receive one. Maybe I misread it but with option A you won’t be acquiring bonus points if you have a LL.

Where is this perfect world in which these effective committees are to be found? The only perfect committee I can even imagine is the one where I’m in charge and I have my single handed three pound sledge hammer. Other than that it just ain’t happening 😁 “YOU’RE OUT OF LINE SIR” WHACK! ⚒️🔨...

WILL YOU??? HAVE YOU??? WILL YOU NOT??? SELF REGULATE???

What are we self regulating? Do you mean filling a tag at all costs. For me it is different from year to year. If one of my kids are with me I might shoot a lesser buck so they have the experience. Some days I may be feeling too lazy to pack something out a long ways. Some years I may really be...

Well how about defining a good committee leader for us and wtf is the difference between a good vs bad committee leader? What can that leader do other than allocate time for speaking , be a spokesman for the group and designate assigned seats? I would say the definition of a good committee...

    Wildlife Board Workshop

The theory that less bucks and more does is a contradiction to what wildlife biology has taught for decades. If there aren’t enough bucks to breed all the does in the first cycle then the fawns don’t all drop together but rather at subsequent times. When the fawns all hit the ground at roughly...

I have yet to see a committee produce anything butt half-azz compromises. Get the right people in the room? When has that ever happened? You also said the right leader. What kind of leader is the right one? A leader can’t change all the minds on a committee and if he could the others wouldn’t...

    Utah mule deer limited entry

I hope when they said you shot their bull that you told them to “kindly F.O.”; Most guides are P.O.S.; Hogg 65 said no disrespect to guides, I say disrespect them until they prove worthy of respect and there aren’t a lot who do.. A majority of them disrespect not only other hunters but their...

Anyone wanna talk lead ballons? Do you have any in your collection? Any you want for your collection?

You can shoot 300 win mag in your 300 Apollo. Most of the chamberings listed so far all have a following so I think "lead ballon" needs a better definition. Do we consider something that was only developed as a experimental cartridge and less than 100 ever came to market. Are we looking at a lot...

Right now it’s just a warm 302” but it will soon have a 377” stroker Cleveland with worked over 4v closed chamber heads and a roller cam. Probably mini-tub it because it will be so easy in that wagon. Still going back and forth between a five speed or c6 reverse manual valve body with a gear...

Yeah the reference is to the Millenium Falcon doing the Kessel run in under 12 Parsecs. My 70.5' Falcon wagon is even faster:eek: I was five when the original Star Wars came out in '77. We had recently moved to Orem from Hawaii and I remember watching it at the Scera movie theatre.

All the new trucks seem to be junk these days. For the prices of these new trucks they should have a 10 year bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warranty but they won't do that because they know they would lose money with as many things as they would be repairing. People are catching on and...

For Sale Burris 2-7 handgun scope with posi-lock and rings and base

Burris makes the most durable handgun scope on the market bar none. The 2-7 was always my favorite because you could still get a decent field of view and turn it up if you needed magnification. I had one on a T/C encore handgun chambered in .338 win mag. and it never skipped a beat.
