I know of about 40-50 Goats in an area that is still not a legal hunt unit. Not sure why they have not issued a few tags yet, but this area could really use a couple tags to help with point creep and open more opportunity.

True, but many areas are closed until Second Saturday in April every year in UT. Yet, the poaching and rule breaking continue. I guess my comments were not meant to be UT specific. WY, NV, and CO all have closures every year. It's a much bigger issue than just Utah.
