Just a little more to the story. This is Trey’s 2nd buck. He has been by my side since he was 5 years old on deer hunts. During those years he has been with and we (my family) have killed some good bucks. In his first year that he could hunt (2 years ago) I mentored my tag to him. He shot this buck:

I figured I would share pics of my boy’s buck here, from this year’s Utah general season hunt. My boy tagged out opening day on a good buck. This is one of the most deceiving bucks I’ve ever seen on the hoof. He certainly did not disappoint when we got to our hands on him. Congrats son! Let’s do...

I’m with Zeke on this one. Limiting technology is not going to increase ? for animal numbers. The reason there were more big bucks back then, is plain and simple, there were more animals. Not because granddaddy didn’t have a 20-60x100mm scope on his .30-30 Winchester. Or a spotting...

Just returned home from hunting 7 days on the beaver unit. It was one of the toughest rifle hunts I have been on in trying to find a shooter buck. We had three tags in camp and only one tag got filled. We honestly saw very few bucks(between the three of us 20-25 bucks) during those 7 days too...

Thanks for all the work that everyone put into the contest! It was fun and something to look forward to each week. I learned one thing for sure...and that is a picture doesn't do a BIG BUCK any justice at all!

I have shot the original Limb Driver for 4 years now and have never had any trouble on getting excellent arrow flight. It shot really well. Now I just put one of their Pro-V rests on my new Insanity and it shoot awesome too! I am sold on Vaportrail rests. I have have messed with some smack down...
