Mine took 15 months. My brother's took just 4.5 months and just got them in the mail a couple weeks ago.

Trying to decide where to put in with my 18pts. Put in for the same area I've been putting in for the last 18yrs or jump to a different unit and draw a multi season tag there.....

How would you rate unit 100 type 2 management hunt? With the amount of points that I have it would be 100% guarantee draw. Would it be a good hunt to try for mature 5pt bulls or is it more of a average sized raghorn opportunity type hunt.... Also I dont quite understand the Farson-Eden...

I bought a Banish 30 back in February 2021 and still don't have it, was told 6-9 months tops with new ATF efiling process. Whatever the salesman told you the wait time was during his sales jibberish I'd say double or triple the timeframe and you might get it by then... :)

I ordered a banish 30 in February so hopefully I get my can soon but not holding my breath. The sales guy told me I'd get it in 6 months or less but that didn't happen.

I think it's a pretty dumb idea to have a very small area any bull thats surrounded by 2 LE units. Especially when that area is mostly(probably 2/3rds of unit) private property.

What's their reason with this, Why make this an any bull unit?

IMHO the dwr needs to go back to the 5 regions for deer hunting. Seems like ever since they implemented the micro units the deer herds have steadily nosed dived to what they are now.

I've got a Kimber Montana in a 280Ai and it shoots really well just regular federal premium 150gr Nosler Partitions 280 rem ammo. Haven't really shot it all that much due to having other go to hunting rifles.

I've seen and harvested many animals in my hunting life but I have never seen this before. The buck I harvested this year we were surprised to find his lower region hairless. Anybody else seen this before? What are your thoughts on what may have caused this. Serious question but lets have...

My brother found this sweet droptine deer shed back in 2016. The buck was well known for the area, everyone we talked to about it couldn't believe the shed laid on the ground for over a year!

Go scout it out from now until the hunt starts. Bring a garbage can full of apples dump them out in random places put a trail camera on each pile and see what comes in and plan your hunt based on that.

Fire has burned around 1400 acres, fire fighters did an awesome job yesterday and all night jumping right on the fire. They have contained the south, east and west lines but not sure on the north.
