I just went through the same process. I setteled on the VX II because of the long eye relief.

I have/use the Eureka Spitfire. Great tent for the money. Keeps me dry, vents well and is easy to set-up. Enough head-room to sit up it also. Very small vestibule though.

Are any of the bino holders too big that they interfere with shooting your bow?

That is the exact bow I shoot. I shot a bunch of bows before buying that one 2 years ago and felt it was a good bow for me. I really appreciate the large brace height. I have shot some of the newer bows but don't feel they are that much better to justify buying one.
