I've been around Ryan a number of times and never seen or heard of any shenanigans. He's always been helpful and nice. Seems to be genuinely Mule Deer's biggest advocate. Like many others have said let justice prevail!

I too put in for Whites with max points, Best odds just trying to draw while I can still climb mountains!

Hatch is the best by far for me keep it in pack. goes on in seconds any rifle with rail. I also have all the others.

Love the 6.5 PRC. I have a seekins Havak and it shoots crazy small groups with factory or handloads 143 ELDX. It has a brake and should be fine for your boy. Shot a 3/4 in 3 shot group at 400yds from prone the other day.

Don't worry about too many tags. It is getting to be almost impossible to happen and is the best problem to have!

I think that if you are a nonresident and draw a Ewe tag that counts toward the overall quota and probably cuts another nonresident out of a Ram tag! Does anyone know for sure if this is the case?

I have the Seekins Havak. Hornady ammo is backordered. I have been working on loads with 143 eldx and RL26. Accuracy is excellent and after about 40 rounds I'm up to 3000 FPS with no signs of pressure. Have not messed with seating depth and will try RL25. Love the rifle and 6.5PRC!

Mountain Extreme uninsulated are best boot I've ever owned. That's in 50 years of boot experience. They took virtually no break in. Like said before feet are all different you need to find whats right for you.

It would require drawing a Wyoming Sheep tag but my hunt with Meade Dominick of 7D outfitting was my favorite! High country horseback 20+ miles in September is pretty special!

RE: Paunsaugunt vs. Henry's Sorry buckhorn I too switched to the Paunsy with 24 nr points. I had the Henrys tag last year and turned it in! I know some people will think that's crazy but as a max point nr you can only draw the rifle. Last year and lately the bigger bucks are getting killed on...

Can't believe no one has mentioned 300 RUM blows away 300 Wby but both can handle deer, elk and big bears!
