Hey folks, a buddy inherited some old bolt guns. We’re attempting to ID or get any info we can on these 2 bolt guns. One has writing in French with M16, thinking it may be a Berthier. The other has no identification markings except “F702” stamped on the action.

First and foremost I want to thank everybody that's given me pointers, ideas, and helped on this hunt. It was just to bad nobody was around when I knocked her down. I learned so much on this hunt and realized really fast that hunting in July is one whole different monster. 13 days total...

So read up on the proposed introduction of wolves to manage elk herds on on game refuges in southern colorado. They are looking at the baca, alomosa, and monte vista wildlife refuges. Which the latter 2 being just north of the stateline. Wondering how or if the wolves would make there way down...
