Just some pics of some of the deer I seen while antelope hunting last Sept. Didn't get pics of all the bucks, but man those young ones are dumb. I walked past several within 30 yards that were bedded or feeding trying to put a stalk on some antelope. They paid me no attention.

There all over in 75, one of my favorite units, I will probably be back there next year. Gas you can get in Shoshoni, you can camp on blm or there is some camp sites on the reservoir. You might be surprised where you find antelope in this unit

Good luck, there not cheap (usually 20-30 bucks an acre) Not sure why you choose those area's but if your willing to look a little further north Kosciusko county, I might know a guy

How does the state determine who qualifies for a land owner tag? If I remember correctly in NM its based on the number of animals that stay on your property for a certain percentage of the year. I could be completely wrong here.

Don't get caught up in score, shoot what makes you happy. You have to start somewhere. You need to decide if you have to eat your tag and don't shoot anything, will you be satisfied in your hunting season? SOme people are happy getting out and enjoying nature, others have to kill something, then...
