nwHunter, some of the bucks down here are out cruising and I seen a couple average bucks with some does. My brother in law has the tag this year and we saw a big 4x4 buck out cruising in the middle of the day last weekend. Have fun, keep your powder dry, and good luck!

There are a few late season archery mule deer hunts but they a draw only! Chasing blacktail in November is a blast though!

A friend of mine had it this year and he said that it is pretty easy to find nice blacktail bucks there. He scouted a couple days before the opener and seen close to a hundred deer and even some elk that got pushed down due to snow. Most of the deer were blackies and he was wanting a whitetail...

Slide, I went out to the Strawberry Wilderness looking for elk and all I kept seeing was nice bucks. No elk! Took some pictures of some of the bucks, but they are to blurry to see. Good luck!!
