You will have issues in the cold the batteries die pretty quick and if you dont keep it warm it will fail tested it this winter and that was the results good in warm climate. Beginning of the season was good.

Here are some that work for me cottontail in distress, mouse squeaker, or jackrabbit. I also use a hurt calf but becareful will bring the cows in as well. It also depends on if other hunters have used calls in that area they become prone to them....
