This is the first time I applied for LE tag in Utah. I received my draw result today and my first choice says withdrawn and the second choice says unsuccessful. What does withdrawn mean? Also I applied as group with 2 other hunters.

Looking for some general info and some possible area I should start scouting. I will be hunting the last week of the archery season and I'm concerned that this unit is small and it has a quit a few forest roads. Thank you in advance!!!!
