It is not uncommon for web developers to have links built and ready before they are populated. My guess is the draw will be done shortly, and the link will then become "live". (Meaning the data will be turned on behind it).

Hill Air Force Base has some smoker bucks on there! Last year I saw 4 that would push 200+.

How near you looking? You could go south down on the snake CJ Strike area or north up towards Featherville/Pine and fish on the boise. Anderson ranch is a good reservoir too, the south fork of the boise flows out of Anderson ranch and down into Arrowrock, good fishing all along that river...

Totally depends on which part of the state and which areas you are talking about. A few years ago we were hunting elk in unit 58 in November at 10,000. There are lots of other area's that have elk year round under 5,000 ft.

52 opens earlier (Oct 5th) because there is a muzzy hunt in 45 from Oct 1-14. The Rifle hunt in 45 opens on Oct 15th and is only for the Western part of the unit. There are big bucks in both units. My opinion is 45 holds more than 52, but that doesn't mean there aren't some bruisers in 52...

Hey ADDICT, I promise you this picture is real! I watched this deer for nearly an hour and just couldn't believe how HUGE his body was the whole time. The area I was in has HUGE bodied deer! Here are a few more angles to curb your suspicion.

Snapped a few photos of this guy last week. I love big bodied bucks! He could be an absolute toad next year, if he doesn't go play middle linebacker for the packers!

It looks like it could be up between Arco and Challis, around Mackay in the Pahsimeroi Valley. Just a guess.

I live within a few hundred yards of where this buck is hanging out and last night I counted over 30 trucks/cars/SUV's between 7:30 and 8:30. Last summer we would rarely see anybody drive down that dirt road. Even a few months ago we would see only 2 or 3 vehicles a night drive down that road.

I'm going with 171. Great buck. Awesome inside spread credit.

They usually get this 2nd drawing up in a few days because some of the hunts are starting soon. Plus, they have far less applicants/tags to draw for, so in theory it should be much easier.

I was really excited about the big wide boy, until I got glasses on him and realized he was a 3x4! Look at those eyeguards.......had he been a 4x4, he may have tempted me.

This is a sweet looking tall buck! His buddy going over the ridge in front of him isn't too shabby either. Caught them right at before dark.

Badgers are mean buggers! Great pictures. We saw a badger last weekend up at our cabin around 8,500 feet. Anybody know how high badgers live? I've seen them my whole life in the desert, but until last week, never in the high mountains.

44 Rifle opens Sept 15th and there are some great bucks in there.

Did you notice how old the judge was? 104 years old! CRAZY! That dude was a lawyer during the GREAT DEPRESSION in the 30's! He was born 1 year before the Ford Model T. I'm surprised he didn't come down harder on this punk. I would think old school judges would be much harsher.

Successful people in the 1st drawing have until August 1st to buy their tags I believe. The 2nd Drawing is usually between the 5th and the 15th or somewhere there abouts I think.

I'd guess it is the middle to end of next week. Last year it was around the 25th of June. They say July 10th in the regs I think, but this company they are using seems to get them done sooner. The Moose draw was very quick, posted in under 3 weeks.
