If he can hunt all 3 hunts, then he has a rifle tag. rifle season hasn't started yet, so he CAN turn it in. right? Turn in the tag, get a point in return, start scouting for next year! and, someone out there just might get excited to receive your turned in tag!

Vernon is the type of unit that offers alot of variety. If you want a 30" buck, you might be able to find ONE. If you want a heavy buck, you might be able to find ONE. If you want a 200" buck, you'd be damn lucky to find ONE. If you'll be happy with a buck that has character and wall appeal...
