Don't know that's necessarily the case (about wolves) in 61. I've not seen the moose numbers for the past 10-15 years that I saw in the 80's and 90's. SE Idaho might be better for numbers and an outfitter like Bear Paw Outfitters might be worth talking to though I don't know them. Good luck. Blixen
