If anyone has experience hunting in 251 for elk or have been in there and seen them shoot me a pm please I would like to bounce a few ideas off of you. I know it is a depredation hunt and expect it to be difficult. Just curious on others experience in there.

I talked with the company that performs the draw. They started it today and it will be completed within 2 or 3 days of it starting. So should see cards start getting hit not too long after it finishes up......

With the little snow and warm weather, when do you think the bears will start coming out of their dens? I would guess earlier than normal but was wondering your thoughts.
