Ok, thank you! Last time I was there on a third season hunt, it was in the mid to upper 60’s almost everyday, so the cooler weather is a little promising. I’ll be sure to throw in my chains! Thanks again!

I understand a lot of things have went up, but dang! But it’s fine, we don’t need the guide. It’s just a convenience thing, with more date options. So we’ll make due with the available dates they gave us, and save some money!

I tried both of those on at the last show I was at. I liked the way the Schnee felt over the Crispi, but ended up going with Lowa. The break in time seemed like it might be less on the Schnee over the Crispi, but everyone’s feet are different.

Also, another advantage of the jeep, depending on your style of hunting. You can’t have any rounds in your magazine on/in a atv/utv, but you sure can in the jeep…

Sorry, the depredation I was referring to was for elk. I’m not sure how they would show up on FCFS, or at all???

I don’t have any boots over 200g. Like said above, good merino sock is invaluable! Even if you get a bit of moisture from sweat, it keeps it away from your skin to keep your feet feeling dry and warm. I love Smartwool, but your gonna pay for them… I’m running the Lowa GTX EVO Etreme in 200g...

I saw this hunt yesterday. Not sure if it’s a depredation or not, but this is what it looked like as a nonresident… I think this would have been a fairly good/easy hunt, I just don’t have any time until later in the year. But still fun to watch!

Not sure about depredation, but if goat tags met the criteria, they would go on the FCFS as well. Goat and Rocky Mountain Bighorns are not eligible for nonresident’s…

Nicely noted! Im a nonresident, and I’m just here for the entertainment. It is interesting how many tags I’ve seen as a nonresident. But I work shift work, and I’m up at crazy hours not doing much… I appreciate the no hate comment. I’m just trying to take advantage of what “might” be broken...
