I’m ok with a rancher running cattle on BLM to raise beef. I’ve hunted BLM and Forest for a long time and never have had any trouble with a rancher. I agree about the horses.

Usually 30s over night 50’s to low 70‘s in the afternoon. The temp usually isn’t a problem but the wind can be 30 - 40 mph with gust to 50- 60 and then some days no wind. I’ve seen days there was fog so thick you couldn’t see until close to 10 am then the next day blue skies at first light.

I like a 5th wheel but if you are going to be going all over the country with it I would get a 1 ton diesel pickup. Pulling up long grades, driving into a big wind the diesel is the right tool for the job ! I’ve got a 1 ton F350 6.7 Powerstroke and you don’t even know you’re pulling the 5th wheel.

I agree. I’ve seen some instances of a few AZ outfitters involved in some poaching type activities and I will definitely pass on them!! I’ve even been on the AZG&F web site and listened to some of the commissioners meetings involving some outfitters violations.
