Utah archery shops - quality work

I have been to the 4 shops and also thought they sucked. I did find good techs at Scheels for my Mathews bow. I took a used Halon in that I bought of eBay and they changed everything over and tuned it for me for free. Spent about 2 hours with me and never charged my anything. I didn’t even buy...

    Scouting

I am still new to hunting. When do you all start scouting for deer? I drew the Central Manti archery deer tag this year. I was reading that mule deer don’t move a lot from June to sept. Due to heat. I was thinking of starting next weekend but is that to soon?

    Arrows

I heard that for hunting its better to have a heavier grain broadhead. That the speed loss is minimal compared to the 100 Gr. I am new to a lot of this still. I am shooting a Mathews vxr at 60# and a 26.5 arrow

    Central Mtns, Nebo

I am a first year hunter. I drew the Central Mtns, Nebo archery hunt. From what I've been reading there isn't much deer left in this area. I am looking for advice. Where should I focus most of my time in such a big area? Any advise or tips would be greatly appreciated.
