What is everyone using for a tripod mount for their Geovids? Not having a place to thread a mount to makes options very limited.

Just curious what everyone's setup (tripod legs and head) weigh.I was curious and checked mine, came in at 5 lb 8 oz. The head weighs 1 lb 10 oz (pistol Grip)Legs are 3 lb 13 oz. Looking to upgrade but thinking that the 1 - 2 lbs that I could save would cost $300 - $500.

I lost my rangefinder on the front today. Just hopin if someone finds it they would let me know. I figure it's worth a shot.

I was shooting an indoor 3-D shoot last weekend and really struggled to see the targets. I have eye glasses that really help but when I wear them my pins get really blurry. So I can wear them and have no issues seeing the vitals and have blurry pins or I don't wear them so I can see my pins...

I found a Trail Camera over the weekend. It was laying in the middle of the trail, looks like it may have been dropped. Pm me with a description of the camera and the location and I will get it back to ya.

Just bought a DXT and am looking for some input on which rest. I am currently considering the new G5, spott hog whammy, or the trophy ridge drop zone. I think i want to stick with a drop away but just dont know what one?

Does anyone know if it is possible to do a caribou hunt without doing a drop in hunt is there accesible areas to hunt that a group of guys could go up there a hunt with out any guide services. I am sure the resident of alaska dont all use guides or own planes.
