    Best answer in my opinion is for residents to pay more for licenses and tags. Non residents are obviously willing to pay. The low resident prices are awesome as a life long resident but I am willing to pay more. The IDFG has a financial decision to make and they could cut non- resident tags...

    I had some flageolet beans so I just used those. Carrots, garlic; onion. It called for whole crushed tomatoes but since I make can my own San Marzano sauce have to use that. Topped witch parsley and feta. First time I have made it….pretty tasty
