I use to hunt 35B many years ago around Patagonia . I always got them high in the grassy fields. I think I hunted around 6500 ft. I would still hunt in the oaks but that was my honey hole. Small deer the grey ghost. Good luck

Bottom line is, if he is legal then there should not be a problem. But if you think he has crossed that line then call NDOW. I don’t know if you called NDOW yet but if it were me I would call them now and voice your concerns. I sure they would be happy to come out and talk with you.

I’ve hunted 103 Mitchell creek. The road goes all the way to the top. There’s good camping. Not sure if there is elk there but it’s big country. Good luck

I want to take advantage of the next few days cooler weather and go scouting for antelope. I got one spot to look at off of 50 then I’m thinking of going up 305 to look and see if I can find a couple more spots. Only problem is fuel is so costly.
