If my card didn’t get hit today does that mean I’m out of luck again this year or do you think there still doing the draw?

I just was looking for some advice on some other areas that are worth hunting other than Cathedral Bluffs. I only have a tag for season 2 that starts in a few days and I know a lot of people hunt up on top next to area 21. Are there any other areas worth trying to find a decent good buck?
