I wondering if these Lifetime certificates account for the rise in nonresident hunters the people complain about. Regular nonresident tag numbers sold hasn't increased in many years.

Anyone know how many nonresident have Lifetime hunting certificates in Idaho?

Knowing the number of eligible applicants who bought for tags would help explain the high number of non-residents plates that people are seeing in the field since their tags come out of the resident tag pool.

Take your card with you to buy your license. They will enter it into the system. I don't know about buying online.

So if a resident buys a leftover nonresident is he required to hunt the leftover tag unit it was sold for?
