13 resident elk points to burn 2022

Thinking about a muzzle loader Elk hunt in 2022. Its difficult to decide where to go. I have narrowed it down to a few. 76, 66, 61, 40. Any input from you guys?

Not sure 13 will get it done in 61 for muzzleloader. 40 has great bulls but you’re going to have large amounts of private land and minimal access as far as public land goes. If you’re willing to guided or find a trespass fee option it could be alright. Your best options would be 49 or 76 in my option.

13 is way too many points for 66, your a few to short for 61. I'd go 76 or wait a couple years and do 61.

I'd do 76 but u better be in shape for some of the terrain I'm familiar with.

76 is probably the best return on your points/investment .

I think 76 is most likely. would I gain a better unit if I went archery? what about first rifle?
