Update/New listing with pics of tent set up.

a lightly used 16x20 wall tent from the wall tent shop in Idaho. Front and rear doors with screen, side windows with screens, includes a full frame kit for tent and the fly.

Has rain fly that covers entire tent and a 10 foot awning out the front. Has larger rebar stakes (makes pulling out of frozen ground better).

everything has carrying case (tent, fly, vertical pole, horizontal, rafters etc.)

New the tent is over 2900 without the full frame and only the angle kit.

only issue is a 8-10” rip in the sod skirt in the one corner, and a few wear spot on the skirt. No mold at all, no mice, light staining from chimney soot.
also, note I did not stake it tight. Only staked enough to set it up and function. With a little work you can pull the wall and roof a lot tighter. Since it a hot as balls and no wind at all, just did enough to share pics.

Asking $1400 cash located in Lander, WY.

Very nice set up. Pretty much all the extra's I have ordered my last two wall tents with. Great buy for some MM'er. Great camp for someone that needs one. If I did not already have 4 of my own and a dozen buddies that have one or more, I'd be making a trip to visit my friend in Hudson and picking that bad boy up. Should have no problem moving it.

Damn it, that’s a great deal and I’d love to buy it… I’m just financially embarrassed at the moment…
Great tent!

How long does it take to set the SOB up?
Sweet set up!
Depends on what you are doing. As it sets in my yard it took me alone right at an hour. With my wife, her and I can set it up in about 45 minutes, that is setting all the ground stakes and the rope stakes and pulling it all really tight etc.

Setting up is pretty fast,
But taking down takes me more time, I am very picky about cleaning everything, putting all the pieces in a specific spots etc.
