2011 Alaskan Adventures

My 2011 season got off to the normal start with not drawing any tags. The great thing about living in Alaska is you can still hunt most of the species with harvest tickets. I am looking forward to this season as this will be my oldest son's first year of hunting with me.
Our hunts will be for spring black and brown bear, August caribou, and September moose.
Check back, the snow is melting rapidly!

This weekend will be the first time out for bears this year. There have been several reports of sightings, and with the weather supposed to be holding, we might be able to catch one coming out of the den. More to follow with pictures.
