I agree if you don’t try success would be zero, what you may not understand is the part of 31 I can see from my back windows gets between 9-13” of precipitation a year. When you dig under the very little snow that is on the ground right now you will find dust. We need to get lucky this spring and summer for this reseeding effort to have much of a chance.If it didn't get seeded what would be the chances? Zero.
